Early in 2024 when we were starting our exciting journey, we needed a place to call home. As a proudly Leeds based company, we began exploring properties across the city to look for a place that would capture the spirit and passion of Industruct.
After much searching, we stumbled upon Kitson House. A stunning Grade II listed Victorian mansion overlooking the beautiful Roundhay Park.
Kitson House had been neglected and unloved for a number of years, and had countless alterations made covering up its stunning features and making it look like a generic, dull office. Upon taking tenure, we embarked on an ambitious restoration project to restore the property to its former glory.
After 12 months of hard work, craftsmanship and creative vision, we were incredibly proud to launch the completed office in March 2025, showcasing incredible workmanship across the building, stunning interior designs and bespoke original artwork by talented local artists.
The end result is truly breathtaking, and we’re so excited to share it and welcome visitors to get to know us and this amazing space.
