We have a variety of property types across the UK, but our core specialism lies in large scale industrial property sites with the potential for redevelopment.
Our ideal property profile consists of large scale vacant industrial sites with a view to refurbishment, sub-division and onward rental to retain for the long term.
Sites should ideally be 50,000 sq.ft or above, and be sited in secondary locations across England, Scotland and Wales. Our core property portfolio currently sites in developing areas, and it’s our goal to focus on properties in areas such as this, rather than highly developed urban cities.
We are particularly interested in sites where there is the ability for us to add value. This may be through redevelopment, improvements or strip out. We have a particular specialism in redeveloping food production sites and manufacturing plants – adding value and creating flexible space in previously single opportunity units.
Finally, our ideal site should be made up of multiple buildings or sub-divided areas within a large building, rather than one single ‘large box’ type industrial site.
